Leo then took himself to study under Dr. Eric Serrano during an internship. Since then he has trained hundreds of clients from recreational sports people to Olympians. Leo and Peter discussed many topics such as: Butyeko Method, how to get started with Wim Hoff, dysfunctional breathing and how to integrate breathing into athletic development training.
