Judgement - its all about perspective of course

Judgement Judgement is what we do on a daily basis. We are constantly judging ourselves and others based on how we feel we or they should be. Therefore, judgement is all about perspective and our expectations. Using the word "should" sets up an expectation that may or may not be reasonable. So when we judge, we are taking our perspective, combining it with our expectation, and placing it on others. This is unfair to us and them as our expectations of others may not be their expectations for themselves. Living this way takes us away from our inner peace and happiness.
