Questions About This Episode

What is Using Integrative Nutrition to Cure Tough Cases, with Christa Biegler - 010 about?

This episode is a milestone for the show because we have reached episode number 10! I appreciate each of you for being on this journey with me, and I'm also so grateful for the opportunity to chat with the guests that have so generously shared their time and knowledge with us over these first 10 episodes. Today's guest is Christa Biegler, who I met through our podcasting community, Power Up Podcasting, created by our mentor, and one of my favorite podcasters of all time, Pat Flynn. Christa and I immediately hit it off, when we noticed common interests in building health with food as medicine, geeking out on food intolerances and lab testing, and also, musings about the importance of mindset. Youll find in this interview, great examples of those amazing coincidences and synchronicities that show up in life. As Christa likes to say, there are no coincidences, and things often happen for a reason. In this interview, Christa also shares a bit about her health journey and how she started helping clients rebuild health, even through they were considered complex or incurable cases. Here's Christa's official bio: she is an integrative dietitian nutritionist that specializes in food sensitivities and reversing symptoms of IBS, migraines, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune issues. She loves tough cases, and is host of The Less Stressed Life podcast. Here's a fun fact: she coordinates the local unicycle club with her husband and 3 kiddos! Thanks for listening!
