Robby De Luzuriaga is the President of Philippines Without Orphans, World Without Orphans Regional Ambassador for Southeast Asia, and a member of the Global Advisory Council. Anton Putilin is the President of Kyrgyzstan Without Orphans, World Without Orphans Regional Ambassador for Central Asia, and a member of the Global Advisory Council.
