4 years back, one of the largest dairy brands in India was struggling to find a new way to sell to its customers. They wanted to go online but in a way were competing with their own retail arm and had no way to enter and create a new buying behaviour. This is when we came up with a unique solution based discovering and creating unique convenience points. This is the story of how a retail brand created space in the online world and offered solutions which no one was offering.
