Alex Kennedy sits in to talk about how Steam Whistle Brewery makes one of the cleanest and most natural beers in Canada. This award winning Czech Pilsner is created with just four simple ingredients. Ingredient labeling is still not a clear practice in Canada. Some beer companies add up to 100 ingredients that might not be listed on their label. Did you know some breweries use ingredients such as corn and caramel colouring? You definitely don't want that in your beer. Speaking of colour, Alex likes to build his summer tan nude beaching on Ward's Island in Toronto..but explains he repeatedly has had trouble finding the right nude beach. To help keep Alex in top shape, Todd and Marie make a pact with Alex on the show to get him back into running. Running is something Alex truly loves but has recently taken a break from.
