We are told we live in a blame culture with no-one taking responsibility for their actions; apparently it's always someone else's fault. Surely then we are free-falling through life never accepting that we are in control of our decision... With the knowledge of personal responsibility however, we are empowered to understand that the choices we make are made because they sit the most comfortably with our emotions. Being honest with ourselves, if we're prepared to accept the consequences, we don't have to do anything and therefore we only do what we want to do - a sobering thought. This podcast explains how understanding the concept of personal responsibility can be liberating and helps us to understand why the choices we make in life are within our control.
