It is all about agility and flexibility. Its mantra is “build, measure, learn”: create small experimental initiatives, quickly get real-world feedback on them, and use that data to expand what works and discard what doesn’t. These concepts have also been applied to dozens of social sector and nonprofit organizations, focused on reducing environmental impact, improving government services for residents, providing care to those in need, and improving educational outreach.
