The Magic of Meditation. A True Story

This episode is not a meditation, it is a story, a true story about the value of meditation . It is the story of 12 Thai boys who were trapped in a cave for 9 days and subsequently rescued. While they were trapped, their very kind coach taught them how to stay calm and encouraged them to meditate to manage their scary thoughts and preserve energy. This is a fantastic story that teaches children the value of staying calm and the importance of kindness and helping each other.
