Jim got into real estate at 19-years-old and within a couple of years in the business, listed over 150 properties in 12 months. By 24-years-old, Jim had built a brokerage of 17 offices which he eventually sold. He is now the managing broker for John L. Scott Real Estate, leading agents and helping them reach their goals as he did his. We talk about, even for the most audacious and rapid success, how the simplicity of action can eliminate complexity, overcome challenges, and create abundance.
