When you finally have hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, or dementia, the treatments are aimed only at the symptoms instead of the root cause. When it comes to pain, people may think that is not such a bad thing because we do have pain medications that work well for short periods of time then cause havoc with side effects, tolerances and addiction. The best plan of action is to stay healthy through sunlight, diet, and exercise. I am going to address each of these today and probably every podcast because the list is endless on how you can keep yourself healthy. In today's episode: Hormone replacement for women: stay away, I'll tell you why Congestive heart failure: it is not a death sentence and does not have to be treated with a pharmacy of expensive medications.
