In a rare, English-speaking interview, Crokes interviews Marius Bakken. Marius finished 9th at the 2001 World Championships in the 5,000m. During his career, he held Norwegian records at 2000, 3000 and 5000m, which stood for over 20 years. He competed at two Olympic Games and has a 5km PB of 13:06. Despite having a successful career on the track, he’s probably better known for being the pioneer of The Norwegian Method and Double Threshold training.
