Today we sit down with Shannon and Donnie, owners of Iron Bridge CrossFit. From finding each other to finding Crossfit, these two have built an incredible family and business together. While Shannon is passionate about hard rock and gymnastics, and Donnie prefers classic lifting and trap music, they are really ying and yang and partners in crime. These gym owners are working hard to bring together the community of Charleston CrossFitters and have created a gym that caters to all ages and fitness levels.
