Episode 8 - Andy Schindling - Helping Kids Grow Through Baseball

After spending years in the Baltimore Oriole's organization Andy has found his new calling by giving back to the kids in Anne Arundel County through his non-profit called The Complete Player Charity. With a program that consists of baseball training, education, teamwork, leadership, and mentorship Andy's program is helping turn our youth into well rounded people. The name of his charity alone tells us this. When asked how we as a community can help his program I heard an all too familiar answer: "We need people who just like being around kids to come and be a leader or a mentor on a consistent basis." Andy has a great thing going and to scale this further will help change the lives of more kids than we can imagine.
