Episode 15 - Bailey Bennett – Need men from the community to step in and help

Bailey has been a teacher at Glendale Elementary School for the last five years and has always gone above and beyond for her students. She is one of the most generous, patient, and positive people I have ever met and shows it day in and day out. Bailey runs her school's HERO Boys running club for seven weeks every Fall and Spring and does so off the clock. When I asked Bailey about the best part of her after school program she said, "having the guest speakers come in and talk to the boys about life" and when I asked her about her biggest struggles in the program she said "finding guest speakers come in to speak to the boys each week." This is the case for about 30 other Elementary schools in Anne Arundel County where teachers are doing great things but need help from the community. Let's help bridge that gap and support them.
