It has been a long time coming, but I was finally able to record a podcast with my brother Adam Neth. Adam is a personal trainer, natural bodybuilder, and has a complete passion & obsession with Fitness. On today's podcast I interview Adam and dive into his origin story to learn more about how he got interested in weight lifting and what he is doing now - working as a personal trainer at a gym, plus he has his own personal clients that he manages through online training. After that we talk about some of the modifications you can make to your home workouts to make them effective - even if you don't have a ton of equipment like machines or dumbbells. If you're interested in learning more about the different lifting programs that you can implement to build strength, power, and muscle - tune in and make sure you have a notebook handy because Adam is super knowledgable and there's a lot to learn in this episode!
