The wrong side of the law has its own fully staffed medical facility to treat all the broken jaws, busted eye sockets, and K-9 dog bites dished out on alleged criminals as they enter the system, but the fact is that the Miami jail medical staff is county government run; and the Florida prisons are run by private medical companies who's motivation is profit based.
