He's a Performance Architect by trade, working with CEOs and leadership teams of scaling businesses to figure out why performance isn't where it should be and fixing it. He's climbed Kilimanjaro, been arrested in Ghana, crossed Lake Khövsgöl in Mongolia with a group of strangers and coached the Ireland Masters Hockey team to a World Cup bronze medal among other adventures. Brian believes that the best performers, in business and in life, are the ones who've learned to find their way through genuine uncertainty. Not because they had all the answers, but because they kept moving anyway. He's the founder of Purple Flame Consulting, Co-founder of Performance Nerds, creator of the Performance Architecture Model, and President of the Professional Speaking Association of Ireland.
