This week I interviewed my good friend and badass coach Steph Kayy. Steph is a personal trainer in Long Beach NY who has built an incredible community revolving around fitness and fun. In this episode we discuss Steph's personal journey in fitness and how it started as an outlet for her previous career as a teacher and blossomed into a full time fitness business. We also discuss the lessons she learned in her fitness journey and her experience with 75 hard. Steph also touched up on the benefits of giving up alcohol and how it had a huge impact on her outlook.
