She's best known as the co-founder of Koppi Coffee in Helsingborg, Sweden - one of the most influential roasteries in Europe. We talk about her way into coffee, the challenges in running a small business in a town without much of a coffee scene, the importance of not letting your ego get in the way of asking the right questions, and about the value of building a network.
