The Slow Pace of Progress for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is a Design Feature, Not a Bug

Dr. Jim concludes that if a fair-minded person looks at the slow progress of D E I B initiatives, they must conclude that the slow progress is a design feature. He encourages people to think about what other conclusion can be drawn from this.
