Depending on the circumstance, love may show us as a hug, smile, respect, forgiveness, training or information. I believe relationships are safe spaces where we learn and grow. I see growth as a form of love. Being intentional about our growth is a form of self-love. It is my intent to ensure each episode is created from a space of love.
