One of my favorite quotes is by James Clear: "Lack of confidence kills more dreams than lack of ability." Confidence is a feeling, belief, mindset and characteristic. Confidence is your belief in yourself, your abilities or in someone else. It can be how we show up in rooms, conversations and relationships. When confidence is missing, we may experience: -Self-doubt -Imposter syndrome -Fear of trying something new -Difficulty accepting compliments -Insecurity Confident people can also disconnect from their confidence.
