Episode 85: 5 Ways to Create an Amazing 2023

As I started the process of putting this podcast together, I wrote down "Episode 85" at the top of my paper. My brain immediately recalled a game from childhood titled "Hands up to 85." This hand clapping game allowed me to be in community with other children. This took my original podcast idea for this episode in a different direction. My initial thought was to develop "Top Lessons Learned in 2022." I leaned in to where my feelings were guiding me. I often share that "The Wizard of Oz" is one of my favorite movies because of all the layered messaging in the film. One of the scenes that stand out for me is when Glinda tells Dorothy, " You've always had the power to go back to Kansas." That line reminds me of how self-doubt and fear can stop us from reaching our destinations. As I started singing the lyrics from that childhood game "Hands up to 85," I heard something different as an adult. I heard words that prepared me for this very moment. It gave me all the tips I needed to create this podcast. This episode offers five tips for creating an AMAZING 2023.
