5 Design Question for Ben Hagenaars

In this episode we speak with Ben Hagenaars. Ben Hagenaars graduated as a master in productdesign at the MAD-faculty in Genk. Additionally he gained a post-graduate degree in packaging design at Sint-Lucas Gent. In 2010 he executed his master project Animation Vegetation, a project on public interaction and urban green space, in the city of Hasselt. He gained experience as a designer in studio Pure Sang in Antwerp and with design agency Tjep in Amsterdam. He is also active in the development of Resource Lab a project on redesigning existing object and materials using open-source tools. 21st Century Design is a research podcast by Engage by Design (Rodrigo Bautista) and Regenerative Design (Jan Leyssens), in which we ask designers, tech-experts, writers, theorists, academics, activists and campaigners 5 questions on the future and role of design in creating the 21st Century.
