There is so much in life that requires patience, yet all too often, these same things stand in direct opposition to immediate needs, and it’s super frustrating. As a health coach, personal trainer, and running coach, I see it all the time. Personally, I’m going through it as a new business owner. My bills have an immediate need to be paid, yet starting a new business requires a lot of patience. In this episode, I explore how we sometimes experience glimmers of quick successes that, while wonderful to have, don’t prepare us to be good at patience.
