¿Qué tapa nos vas a enseñar hoy? 今日はなんというタパスを教えてくれるの？ La he llamado "la Santa". 「ラ・サンタ」と名付けた。 Para hacer la Santa necesitamos: 「ラ・サンタ」を作るのに必要なのは： Palitos de pan, ブレッドスティック、 queso cremoso, クリームチーズ、 alcaparras, ケーパー、 pimienta, 胡椒、 aceite de sésamo, ごま油、 y pan tostado. そしてトースト。 Primero cogemos el pan tostado, まずはトーストを持って、 le untamos el queso cremoso, クリームチーズをぬって、 le ponemos palitos de pan en forma de cruz, ブレッドスティックを十字架型に付けて、 añadimos alguna alcaparra, ケーパーを何個か乗せて、 un poco de pimienta por encima, 胡椒を少々かけて、 y al final un poco de aceite de sésamo. 最後にごま油を少々。 ¡Y a comer! では、食べてみましょう！ ¡Qué buena pinta!
