¿Qué tapa nos vas a enseñar hoy? 今日はなんというタパスを教えてくれるの？ La he llamado "la Ranchera". 「ラ・ランチェラ」と名付けた。 Para hacer la Ranchera necesitamos: 「ラ・ランチェラ」を作るのに必要なのは： Pan tostado, トーストと、 queso roquefort, ロックフォールチーズと、 tomate rallado, すりおろしトマトと、 espárragos verdes fritos, 炒めたグリーンアスパラガスと、 aceite de oliva y... オリーブオイルと・・・ ¡jamón ibérico! イベリコ豚のハム！ Primero cogemos el pan tostado, まずはトーストを持って、 y le untamos tomate rallado, así. すりおろしトマトを塗ります。こうやって。 Luego añadimos un poquito de aceite de oliva. 次は、オリーブオイルを少々加えます。 Luego cogemos una loncha de jamón ibérico y enrollamos un espárrago. 次は、イベリコ豚のハムを1枚とってアスパラガスを1本巻きます。 Así... ¡Mira qué bonito! こうやって・・・きれいでしょう！ Lo ponemos encima y añadimos un poquito de queso roquefort por encima. 上に乗せて、ロックフォールチーズを少々上に上に加えます。 Un poquito más...
