为你读英语美文·第530期 主播：永清 录制地点：北京 After the Rain 《雨后》 作者：永清 The sky, rinsed by summer rain, glows like polished glass. 一场夏日的大雨洗净天空，湛蓝得如同擦亮的玻璃。 The air is no longer heavy, but cool and gentle. 空气不再闷热，而是清爽温柔。 Poplar trees rise along the path, tall and unwavering. 高大的白杨树沿着小路笔直挺立，从容不迫。 Their leaves shimmer faintly in the light. 阳光下，树叶轻轻闪着光。 The locust trees lean slightly, holding the memory of rain. 槐树微微倾斜，还留着雨后的气息。 Willow branches touch the surface of the water, 垂柳的枝条垂到水面上， drawing soft circles with each breeze. 随风轻轻画出一圈圈涟漪。 Ducks glide quietly, 鸭子无声地划过湖面， while birds flash like thoughts between the trees. 飞鸟在林间穿梭，如同忽闪的念头。 A butterfly dances past me. 一只蝴蝶从我眼前飞过， Ants hurry across the path, focused and small. 蚂蚁在石径上匆匆前行，专注而渺小。 People in the shade— 人们在树荫下 —— some playing music, 有人吹奏乐器， some simply listening. 有人只是静静聆听。 Some close their eyes to feel the breeze. 有人闭上眼睛，感受穿过树叶的风。 The city feels like a forest today. 今天，这座城市像一片森林。 And I— 而我 —— walk without hurry, without destination. 不赶路，也不寻找目的地，只是慢慢走着。 Somewhere far away, perhaps there is war and sorrow. 也许，地球上的某个角落仍战火纷飞，悲伤蔓延。 But not here. 但这里没有。 Here, there is shade. 这里只有树荫。 There is birdsong. 有鸟鸣。 There is peace. 有宁静。 And that, 而这一切， is enough. 就已经足够了。 后期制作：永清 文章，音乐，图片非商业用途，版权归作者或版权方所有 我们生活在世界各地，从事不同职业，和你分享我们喜欢的美文。我们的公众号是： “为你读英语美文”。
