Twenty became thirty. 十分 钟 ，慢慢 变 成二十，再到三十。 Each step felt lighter, each breath deeper. 每 迈 出一步，身体都更 轻 盈，呼吸也更 顺畅 。 Then I realized — it’s not just about speed. 我忽然意 识 到：跑步，不止在于速度。 It’s about learning to stay with the struggle — for that’s where joy is born. 重要的是学会与痛苦共 处 ，因 为 快 乐 就 诞 生在那其中。 Joy doesn’t wait at the end.
