自我偈

自我偈『妙法蓮華経』(『法華経』）「如来寿量品第十六」の後半部分の韻文である。始まりが「自我得仏来...」となっていることから、通称「自我偈」という。古来『法華経』の核心部分とされ、歴史上の釈尊の本体が実は無限の過去に成仏し永遠の命を持つ法身如来であることが明かされる。天台や日蓮系の宗派で日常的に唱えられるが、禅宗や真言宗でも唱えることがある。 自我偈.mp3
