Introducing Joshua "J" Sowell, student athlete and ambassador for the DAD Project in SoCal. In this episode we explore J's life and experiences growing up with the circumstances he was given. J was born with Spinabifida, a disability that led to a life in a wheelchair. We dive into his mindset and perseverance in life that allows him to be a big brother of 6 with a single mother. This episode is dedicated to Kendra Sowell, his mother who recently passed away. Her legacy lives on with J who will continue to defy all expectations and excel with what he's learned and how he was raised.
