September 27, 2025 marks the one year anniversary of Hurricane Helene ripping up the coast and decimating of Asheville and Western North Carolina. Windhrose was in the final day of a 5-Day Zentensive Sesshin when it hit. In this first teisho after we reopened, Roshi Sunya Kjolhede talked about the necessity of practice during difficult times.
