Breaking The QR Code

QR codes are popping up everywhere. And, like with many shiny new objects, it's being mistaken for a message rather than bebing recognized merelyt as a device. A QR code is nothing more than a direct response mehcanism--which means that any advertisement using a QR code is still subject to standard direct response advertising tactics. Making a QR code work as hard as it can requires revisiting some very fundamental DR basics.
