In this episode of You University, I interview Jared Lichtin. Jared is 28 year old attorney and real estate investor from Cleveland, Ohio, and producer of the Flip Podcast. Jared is licensed to practice law in the great state of Texas, and moved up to Ohio to work in oil & gas after he took the bar exam. He started flipping houses while working, and realized that it was a great way to earn money on the side from a full-time job. So, Jared quit his job in January 2015 in order to focus on his real estate investing full time, and create Flip, a podcast that teaches people how to flip houses on their own. Flip lets listeners follow along with him flipping a house, while he teaches them the basics, and freeing up their time for what's important. Jared is passionate about teaching people how to use real estate investing as an avenue to create a second income for themselves, so they can quit their 9-5, and attain the dream of more freedom, time, money and happiness.
