Questions About This Episode

What is “When you say NO to thinking you are a loser. ” about?

Founder of FitChick Granola Tammy D’Onofrio gets real about what she had to pull herself out from under to become the face on her brand (which is sold in national supermarket chain Gelsons). She first had to make the decision that she can longer feel like she was a loser, which can connect for many of us to that sense of not belonging in a family of origin. She often finds when she tells her story, which includes sexual abuse, that so many women look to her strength to then share the secrets of their past. She built the granola business with no money, with an idea that came from making her kids healthy snacks, while simultaneously calling in the love of her life (who by the way is hot and nine years younger). Women need to believe we can have it all, go for our dreams, even if in our darkest hours the past seems to be bumping up against our best efforts. Tammy gives her time to women who want to start businesses and offers spectacular advice on how to go into 2021 with the world at your feet, not on your shoulders. Want 20% off amazing granola?
