He was also mentioned in the, now viral, Laura Reily article about certain restaurants the deceive consumers with the "Farm-to-Table" and "locally-sourced" labels. Not only was he mentioned in the article, but he was so motivated to chime in, that he composed a blog post to share his thoughts.
