Walt has been tracking this team for several weeks and has let them know we wish to interview them, when they get back from their exciting adventure of riding from Alaska to the end of South America. Steve covers the latest from within the MC industry including a number of announcements from the off road sector of our industry including Yamaha’s 1 millionth Wave Runner rolling off the assembly line, Can Am offering snow machine conversion kits to their side by sides which means you can have a year round all in one vehicle at an extra cost of 6K! We cover a few items from the racing world including Harley bringing Flat Track Racing to India and Yoshimura Suzuki Racing Team celebrating its 40th anniversary. We also cover the limited edition Indian Chieftian and a lot more. The next segment we spend some time chatting about the world of surfing and how film maker Bruce Brown was pivotal in expanding two niche oriented sports. The first being surfing with the release of Endless Summer and then motorcycle riding with the release of On Any Sunday. Bruce should have been awarded a medal of honor from both camps, in how he was able to truly capture the spirit of both sports and put it onto the big screen which got a ton of people excited about surfing and riding motorcycles.
