Hey friends and welcome back to the show. Today's show is one of the most sacred ones I've recorded to date and it's a conversation that I recorded with my friend Micala Quinn in early September. I don't want to give too much of the show away in the introduction but I will say this, thank you Micala, from the deepest part of my heart for trusting me to steward your story well.
