In April 2009, 8 year old Tori Stafford disappeared just blocks from her home in Woodstock, Ontario after leaving school. Surveillance footage showed her calmly walking away with an unknown woman, suggesting she didn’t feel threatened. What started as a missing persons case quickly escalated into one of the largest investigations in the province, as police worked to figure out who she went with and why.
