The key to all of that is to take responsibility for everything that happens during your projects. You have the ability to correct the things that went wrong. You can be the person that solves the problem. Taking responsibility is hard. It might hurt your ego a bit, but it allows you the freedom to take control over a situation and fix it. Without taking the responsibility you have no way out of the situation. You become the victim. When you pass blame to the client or other people involved there’s no way out. You don’t have the power to resolve the issue. A victim is powerless. When you take responsibility, you create the solution. That’s the goal of a professional.
