There’s much more to the burnout conversation than needs to be addressed and we do our best to highlight some in this episode. My guest, Nathalie Martinek is a relationship coach and consultant for leaders and executives in healthcare and related industries, globally. She helps leaders and executives navigate professional and personal relationships with narcissistic people using strategic communication and relational skills while managing risks to their reputation and career progression. We look at imposter syndrome versus forced assimilation, moral distress/injury, and how some wellness initiatives such as resilience programs are used to gaslight employees and avoid addressing broken dehumanising systems. This episode is jam packed with thought-provoking insights. If you’ve enjoyed, please leave a comment, or a review, share it with your friends, and
