In this Podcast Jocelyn interviews Lindsey Wise on how she weaves in the rich teachings of Mantra, Hindu Gods and Goddesses, Mother Earth, the 4 elements, and more into her offerings for kids. Lindsey explains how these teachings have guided her on her path and have truly help her and her family overcome hardship and obstacles. Lindsey Wise is a certified E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Reiki Master and Craniosacral Therapist. She is a musician and healer that helps people re-connect with their strength, their voice, and the deep abiding wisdom that exists within. She has traveled the world learning the arts of yoga, meditation, healing, music, and, most importantly, Love. She has studied with many beautiful teachers along the path and is a dedicated student of the healing arts. She’s been teaching childrens song and movement circles ever since she was 12! Lindsey has offered Children’s yoga teacher trainings at the Green School, Bali, and is passionate about weaving practices of yoga and mindfulness in with fun for children of all ages. Her album, Walk in Beauty, weaves mantra, prayer, and inspiration. She is a mother of three children and makes her home in Northern California.
