It provides an asset for the investors as well as an income for those employees that need it. It’s a little more complex, but in a good way, because it brings in different cash flows. You can own private real estate deals and get distributions along with building wealth and building relationships. The Relationships That Come From Investing A nice side effect that comes from investing is the relationship you get to build with other people.
