"He was great to work with. He was just very personable and I felt like he knew a lot about the housing market, neighborhoods, just a lot of the external factors that would go into houses and location. I felt like he knew his stuff. My house had a really difficult situation. It was under a lawsuit, so he had to be persistent to find someone who could approve the loan. He knew how much I wanted the house, and he kept searching and searching to find someone to approve the loan. He did, so he got me what I wanted, so I was very grateful for that."
