Lieutenant Commander Chip Lutz, is the President and founder of Unconventional Leader. And Chip is the host of one of the best leadership podcasts in the world: The Leadership Happy Hour! He’s a retired Navy Officer, Chip––he served TWO command tours–– and was also Director of Security for Naval District Washington, DC during September 11th 2001. He’s currently adjunct faculty for two different universities where he’s taught over 20 different classes in leadership, management, human resource development, and organizational behavior.
