Embracing the Off-Season: The End of 2023 - 2024 Racing/Pacing season

Ever since I started to run 17 years ago, I've always viewed Summer as my training season - calling it my "off-season." During this time, I prioritize light racing, traveling and boding with family. If I race, I mostly focus on distances shorter than a marathon - road, trail and anything in between. As I wrap up my 2023-2024 racing season, I'm excited to reflect on my journey (in future posts) and invite others to join me for my next training cycle - whether in person or virtually!
