The Lady Vikes were knocking on the state tournament door a year ago and hope to knock that door down this spring. Toryn Scholl returns to lead Lady Viking tennis. Coaches helping her do that are Steve Hunt and her grandmother, Jenny Scholl. Ripley grad JJ Mahan now is a producer with WCHS/WVAH TV. He tells about his job in the Charleston news media.
