Today I sat down with Emma and had a chat about her business Beau Emprise Babe. We talked about entreprenuership, we spoke about her coaching and also about Quantam shifts and the circle of life. Emma is a certified health coach, blogger, culinary artist, speaker, savonnier and empowerment mentor to women around the world; internationally certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She started her journey in the health space; whisking together delightful organic dog treats, rustic soaps in cozy natural scents, and luxurious organic hand creams. Since her move to Virginia, she has continued to grow and evolve in her journey that has led her to become a health coach. After discovering a beautiful group of women online that supported each other on their wellness journeys, she grew passionate about forming a safe space for women to feel empowered, find the courage to uncover their purpose, and embrace a life filled to the brim with vibrant health,. Throughout the years of evolution her message has always remained the same: to live life bold, passionately, and fabulously and inspire others to do the same. This motto has birthed Beau Emprise Babe, a coaching & mentoring program specifically designed for women, and De la Ferme a la Table, a virtual culinary masterpiece. These avenues allow Emma to express her creativity, artistry, and passions in ways that spark the creative and adventurous spirit in her audience.
