Chris Bugg - Tactical Aviator to Strategic Consultant

Chris Bugg is the owner of Sandler Training Coastal Virginia Professional Development, the only Veteran-owned Sandler Training center in Hampton Roads. Chris is a 1996 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Masters in Public Policy from Duke University, as well as an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke which he earned through their executive-track program. Chris served for 12-years in the U.S. Navy flying F/A-18Cs in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom before transitioning to the Reserves, retiring as a Commander in 2016. As a Sandler Trainer, Chris works with business owners and executives and their teams to engineer strategic growth; often this takes the form of sales coaching and training.
